Born from passion

One Friday afternoon in 2006, some friends were sitting together, chatting. They tended towards a concurrence that too many clients, they believed, often made do with the average solutions. However, where the average becomes the norm, progress grinds to a halt. And that, they agreed, was a pity and more, was simply not good enough. Technology can deliver solutions for all kinds of social issues. Little did the friends realise on that Friday afternoon, that their mission would ignite a passion in so many like-minded people within a very short period of time.


Driven by technology

On 1 September 2006 they marked the launch of their dream by raising a toast to the future of their mission and collaboration. Things began to pick up just about instantly. Almost immediately, ImProvia was actively performing maintenance management for a number of sector leaders. By the end of 2007, to meet the growing demand, ImProvia needed to attract a number of high octane project managers and engineers. As well as Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Technical Automation, ImProvia also rapidly developed to become an all-round partner in technical installations for the following market segments:

All of this not only in the Netherlands but also in Poland and Sweden.


Focused on progress

Clients are not the only ones to appreciate ImProvia’s working methods; the company was also awarded the Province of North Brabant’s best employer status. The company also hit an impressive score on Deloitte's Fast 50 Technology list. Every day ImProvia raises the bar on quality. The friends together with their now 150 or more colleagues will continue striving to make the impossible possible in the years to come.
